    We will exchange or refund the cost for any new products within 30 days of receipt. Custom made items are not returnable and shipping charges are not refundable.  Return authorization is required and needs to be obtained by calling Industrial Abrasives at 800.428.2222 or via email .  There may be a 20% restocking charge for goods ordered incorrectly and returned.
